Overview

You may at any time exercise your individual rights to access your data or that of your child, to rectify it, to limit or oppose its use or transmission (portability), and to erase it by contacting the Data Protection Officer (DPO):

Exercise your rights regarding the management of your data

Individuals included in FranceCoag may object to the collection and processing of their data at any time during their follow-up. They can make this request to the doctor treating them or to the AP-HM’s Data Protection Officer (DPO). However, any requests made by clinicians must be transferred to the AP-HM DPO. Objections may be of different kinds and must be clearly expressed to the clinician or the DPO:

  • Opposition to collection in FranceCoag,
  • Opposition to the processing of data in FranceCoag,
  • Opposition to the processing of data for research purposes,
  • Opposition to the processing of data for a specific research project,
  • Deletion of data already collected.

In accordance with RGPD2016/679, individuals have a right of access (RGPD art. 15) and rectification (RGPD art. 16), as well as a right to limit (RGPD art. 18) and object (RGPD art. 21) to the processing of the data collected. Participants in FranceCoag studies must be informed (RGPD art. 19) by the principal investigator of the studies, in the event of rectification of the data collected at their request, as well as in the event of limitation of the processing of the data collected at their request. Participants also have the right to portability of the data collected (RGPD art. 20). They may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (RGPD art. 77), if they consider that the processing of data concerning them constitutes a breach of RGPD2016/679.
