Governance

Organisation

FranceCoag is governed by bodies that bring together representatives of its partners. It is overseen by a Steering Committee, supported by an Executive Board, an operational coordination centre and a Scientific Committee. The way these bodies work is set out in a governance charter.

Given the missions and scope of FranceCoag and of the MHEMO network, their scientific steering is a forum for discussing scientific issues common to all bleeding disorders: all FranceCoag missions (epidemiology, research, health and drug safety surveillance) are part of the missions of the MHEMO network. A single joint MHEMO–FranceCoag Scientific Committee was therefore appointed in 2020.

Governance charter

The governance charter sets out the composition, responsibilities and working procedures of each FranceCoag body, and how they interact. It is appended to the agreements signed between the lead institution (AP-HM) and each participating institution, and to the agreement between AP-HM and the French Ministry of Health.
