Governance

Organisation

The network is managed by bodies comprising representatives of the various partners. FranceCoag is under the responsibility of a Steering Committee (SC) assisted by a Bureau, an Operational Coordination Centre (OCC) and a Scientific Council (SC). The organisation of governance is described in an operating charter. Given the missions and scope of FranceCoag and MHEMO, the scientific steering committee of these two bodies should be a forum for discussing the scientific issues common to haemorrhagic diseases. In other words, all of CF’s missions (epidemiology, research, health and pharmacological monitoring) are an integral part of those of the MHEMO network. This has led to the creation of a single MHEMO-FranceCoag Scientific Council, appointed in 2020.

Governance Charter

FranceCoag is governed by various bodies. The composition, responsibilities and operating procedures of these bodies and their interrelationships are specified. All these elements make up the FranceCoag governance charter. This charter is appended to the inter-institution agreements signed between the lead institution (AP-HM) and each of the participating institutions, as well as to the agreement between the managing institution (AP-HM) and the Ministry of Health.
