Please state clearly what you object to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the collection of your data in FranceCoag;<\/li>\n<li>the processing of your data in FranceCoag;<\/li>\n<li>the use of your data for any research;<\/li>\n<li>the use of your data for a specific research project;<\/li>\n<li>you can also ask for the data already collected to be deleted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Your rights under the GDPR<\/h2>\n<p>In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR), you have the right to access your data (Article 15), to have it corrected (Article 16), to restrict its processing (Article 18), to object to its processing (Article 21) and to data portability (Article 20).<\/p>\n<p>If your data are corrected or their processing is restricted at your request, the principal investigators of the studies concerned are informed (Article 19).<\/p>\n<p>If you believe that the processing of your data breaches the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Article 77), in France the CNIL (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnil.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.cnil.fr<\/a>).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How to exercise your rights You can exercise your rights over your data, or your child\u2019s data, at any time, [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":38,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-600","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.8 -
